Hurricane Center says Dorian is starting to move northward

SEPT. 1, 2019 | 8:25 A.M. | TREASURE COAST–Hurricane Dorian is starting to move north -northwest.
The Category 5 hurricane will still be 30-40 miles offshore as it passes the Treasure Coast but it will still have an effect on the region, according to the National Hurricane Center.
While the winds at Hutchinson Island are a steady 25 mph, more rain is beginning to fall in the region.
